- Manage the industrialization of parts during development phase and ensure the consistency of suppliers requested deliverables during development phase ;
- Accountable for Supplier readiness at launch ;
- Manage the greenfield (new supplier plant) ;
- Contribute to Qualification of Product and Process for parts or suppliers flagged with high risks ;
- Measure the production capacity installed by suppliers according to data given by project buyer ;
- Implement preventive and curative actions to improve industrial performance robustness of suppliers…
Serial life/mass production :
- Ensure the industrial performances of suppliers’ sites and manage continuous improvement in mass production ;
- During major quality event, as yard hold, Field action, …) is leading action plan, manage supplier to identify root causes, and implement relevant actions (control shipping, palliatives, correctives action…) ;
- Check that lessons learned and risks are taken into account by commodity Quality Champions ;
- Perform regular audit to risky suppliers (1 or 2 per year according with risk assessment)…
Qualifications– Engineering degree in industrial engineering ;– Technical Experience: 5/3 years of quality, manufacturing ;– Quality methods and toolbox operational practice ;– Process knowledge: project/program management, industrialization processes for the concerned technical scope, supply chain ;– Problème solving tools : 8D / 5 whys / ishikawa Pareto ;– Experience on supplier quality…
