– Regular events to combine well-being and performance.Description du posteAs a product cost calculator, you create cost calculations of our future vehicles. You hand over your finished component calculations to the Product Cost Management department, which belongs to the Fendt development department.As part of the calculation process, you create transparency in the cost structure of our products through your results and thus play a key role in goal-oriented and competitive product development.Tasks :
- Main task: Preparation of detailed component calculations by evaluation and estimation of manufacturing processes and technologies as well as material use based on technical descriptions, sketches, and drawings
- Identification of cost drivers
- Data preparation and evaluation of existing tractor calculations
- Preparation of technical benchmark analyses between Fendt and competitors/ analysis of designs
- Report bugs/users’ issues.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the animation process through methods, tools tests.
- Assist the different Engineering actors in the use of Tool SIGNE.
- Help in the construction of the BOM (in writing of cases of use / variants…).
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the animation process through new methods, tools tests.
QualificationsThe perfect candidate is:
- Ideally experience in cost engineering or cost calculations
- Industrial engineering background is a plus
- Excellent 2D / 3D understanding skills
- Capable of analyzing supplier proposals and challenging them
- In-depth knowledge of various production processes and materials; especially machining metalworking ; plastic injection
- Very good technical understanding
- Precise and structured way of thinking and acting
- Strong analytical skills
- Knowledge of spoken and written English
