- Level of studies: Master’s degree in Finance field or equivalent
- Experience: 2 years’ experience in similar area
- Language: English is mandatory
Main Responsibilities:TaskDetailed description of main activitiesInvoice ProcessingReview incoming invoices for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and country regulaions.Data Entry and CodingAccurately enter invoice data into our financial system (SAP), assigning appropriate cost centers and account codes, matching with correct Delivery notes, Scheduling agreements, or Purchase orders.Issue ResolutionProactively identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues that may arise during the invoice processing workflowVerification and ApprovalVerify the accuracy of invoice information, obtain necessary approvals, and ensure all required documentation is attached before processingComplianceEnsure compliance with company policies, accounting principles, and relevant regulation
