To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Sr. Specialist Project Leader in our plant in YMOK. Task Detailed description of main activities % of total working time spent on this task (optional)
Perform , control the exchange doc relative to the project deliverables
*Consolidates all detailed PPP into one Detailed PPP with the Planned timing of each production preparation activity for all customer trial builts and for Mass Production.

• Maintain team member clear communication on project timing and deliverables.
• Puts in place corrective actions for any deviation in project timing,quality or cost.
• Completes Launch Readiness Assessment Report in a monthly basis.

*Coordinate the projects in accordance with GPMS standard.
*Compiles 4M status in a weekly basis with corrective actions.

• Organises weekly project meeting with cross functional team.
• Interfaces with BU for all project related items.
• Project risks assesment & lessons learned monitoring.
• Communicate the customer requirements or expectations to the team & ensure its respect.
• Coordinates Obeya room activities.

Following the GPMS procedure *Creates and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports required for functional reviews.

• Leads the implementation of the project standard inspired by GPMS

Continuos improvements * Installs, develop & support team spirit.

• Contributes actively to the SOP expectation in line with QCD targets

Ensure compliance with quality requirements and standards. * Ensures the respect of the QMS expectations (IATF 16949), the applications of YEL/YMOK procedures, the applications of all work standards and rules related to the EHS (ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001) and the 5S.
