As a Sales Graduate Trainee, you will embark in an immersive journey into our categories at Nestlé. With guidance from experienced professionals, you will gain invaluable exposure to diverse marketing focused streams and enhance your existing skillset. Prepare yourself to make an impact in category growth, understanding shoppers, consumer insights, and more!Which profile are we looking for?

  • Demonstrate the ability to work in a multi-functional environment, interacting effectively with your team and business partners.
  • Be able to operate in a fast-moving environment and manage time effectively.
  • Be curious, enthusiastic, and a fast learner with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Fresh graduate with limited work experience but a strong passion for sales.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Very good GPA and bachelor’s degree in business administration or any relevant field.
