This role involves overseeing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with labor laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong interpersonal skills, dedicated to fostering a positive work environment and supporting the company’s growth and success.Key Responsibilities:Recruitment and Onboarding:Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
Conduct new employee orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Employee Relations:Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and issues.
Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
Performance Management:Oversee the performance appraisal process, ensuring timely and constructive feedback.
Assist managers in setting performance goals and conducting evaluations.
Implement performance improvement plans when necessary.
Training and Development:Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
Organize workshops, seminars, and other training sessions.
Track and assess the effectiveness of training initiatives.
Compliance and Record-Keeping:Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
Prepare reports and documentation as required by law and company policies.
Policy Development and Implementation:Develop and update HR policies and procedures.
Communicate policies to employees and ensure adherence.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR.
Compensation and Benefits:Assist in the development and management of compensation and benefits programs.
Provide guidance on salary, benefits, and other HR-related issues.
Ensure competitive and equitable compensation practices.Profil recherché :Master’s degree in HR
Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources, with a proven track record in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
Strong understanding of HR best practices and labor laws.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in english
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
